Броня в Rust: подробная инструкция
В игре Rust большое разнообразие одежды, и как только новый игрок заходит на сервер, у него сразу же возникают вопросы: какой сет надевать, какой лучше, с каким бегать на РТ, а с каким воевать в суровых условиях игры? Причем просто одежда здесь вас не спасет, ведь есть отдельные виды брони, которые отлично сочетаются с элементами одежды. Собственно, о броне мы и рассказали в этом гайде, чтобы вы могли с первых минут игры в Rust узнать все тонкости и особенности каждого элемента экипировки.
Шлемы в Rust
Деревянный шлем
Деревянный шлем — один из самых лёгких в крафте шлемов, особенно для людей, только зашедших на сервер, ведь его нет нужды изучать. На создание требует 15 ткани + 200 дерева. Крафт возможен без верстака. Неплохой вариант для начала развития на сервере.
Костяной шлем
Костяной шлем — во всём обходит деревянный, но придётся поискать и зарубить животное или игрока. Как и деревянный шлем, его не нужно изучать. Так же, как и деревяшку, его можно скрафтить «на коленке». 15 ткани + 30 костей = защита вашей головы.
Шлем из ведра
Шлем из ведра — помимо повышенных показателей защиты, данный шлем имеет один крайне приятный бонус: сопротивление к холоду. Приятный бонус, особенно к сражениям в зимней местности. Но в отличии от предыдущих шлемов, его необходимо изучить, а также для его создания понадобится верстак 1 уровня. Изучили и сделали верстак? Отлично! Остаётся 35 фрагментов металла и этот шлем ваш.
Шлем бунтаря
Шлем бунтаря — во многом идентичен шлему из ведра, за исключением повышенных показателей защиты к оружию дальнего и ближнего боя, укусу животных, а также радиации. Как и “Ведёрко”, ему нужен верстак, а также изучение данного шлема. На крафт уходит 10 ткани + 50 фрагментов металла. Имеет самую лучшую защиту к оружию ближнего боя из всех шлемов.
Шлем из кофейной банки
Шлем из кофейной банки – в отличии от предыдущий двух шлемов, данный шлем не имеет сопротивление к холоду, однако оправдывает это повышенным показателем сопротивления к оружию дальнего боя. Шлем из кофейной банки, так же известный как “Кофейка”, требует изучения, но уже с верстаком 2 уровня. 15 ткани + 60 фрагментов металла + 1 набор для шитья, и элемент экипировки готов.
Тяжёлый пуленепробиваемый шлем
Тяжёлый пуленепробиваемый шлем — уникальный в своём роде шлем. Имеет наивысшие показатели защиты. Но забирает 17% защиты к холоду. Так же его минусом является ограниченный обзор и замедление персонажа. Всё так же требует изучения, второй верстак. 1 листовой металл + 4 металла высокого качества и можете вооружаться снайперской винтовкой, и идти на крышу дома, бесить всех снайперов своей “Кастрюлей”.
Железная маска
Железная маска – самый универсальный вариант. Хорошая защита, полная видимость, в отличии от “Кастрюльки”. Её недостаток – необходимость 3 верстака для крафта данной маски. Всё так же необходимо изучить, прежде чем крафтить. 50 кожи + 15 металла высокого качества + 6 наборов для шитья = лучшая маска in the universe.
Нагрудники в Rust
Нагрудник из дерева – так же, как и маска, нагрудник из дерева один из самых лёгких в крафте элементов брони. Такой же неплохой вариант для начала развития на сервере. Не требует изучения и верстака. 1 верёвка + 300 дерева и ваше тело под защитой.
Деревянный нагрудник
Костяная броня – имеет лучшую сопротивляемость к оружию дальнего боя, нежели нагрудник из дерева. Костяная броня, так же, как и нагрудник из дерева, не требует изучения и верстака. На крафт придётся потратить 15 ткани + 70 костей.
Броня из дорожных знаков – во всём уделывает костяную и деревянную броню, если не считать ухудшенное сопротивление к холоду, что, в прочем, не сильно большой минус. На крафт требует изучения и верстак 2 уровня. 20 кожи + 2 дорожных знака + 2 набора для шитья, вуаля, ваша защита готова.
Броня из дорожных знаков
Тяжёлый латный нагрудник – так же, как и тяжёлая пуленепробиваемая маска имеет свой недостаток. При экипированном нагруднике вы не сможете использовать прицел, что явно не поможет в перестрелке. Так же замедляется персонаж. Для создания данного нагрудника придётся его изучить и понадобится верстак 2 уровня. 2 листового металла и 4 металла высокого качества, ваше пузо под защитой.
Металлический нагрудник – считается топовым нагрудником в игре. Имеет хорошие показатели защиты, понижение к сопротивлению холода. Как и предыдущие нагрудники, его необходимо изучить, а для создания потребуется верстак 3 уровня. На крафт уходит 50 кожи + 25 металла высокого качества + 8 наборов для шитья.
Защита для ног в Rust
Деревянные щитки – всё так же хороши для начала развития на сервере, как и остальная деревянная броня. Не требуют ни изучения, ни верстака. 1 верёвка и 200 дерева, ваши ноги, хоть как то, но в безопасности.
Тяжёлые пуленепробиваемые поножи – не имеет минусов, за исключением замедления передвижения. Так же, как и у другой тяжёлой брони, поножи имеют самую лучшую защиту, но и понижает сопротивление холоду. Как и на остальную броню “Джаггернаута”, необходимо изучение и верстак 2 уровня. 1 листовой металл + 4 металла высокого качества, передвижение со скоростью улитки гарантированно.
Килт из дорожных знаков — на мой взгляд, самый лучший вариант. Килт имеет средние по меркам защиты показатели, но по ногам же мало кто стреляет, верно? А так хоть какая-то защита, поэтому это неплохой вариант. Перед созданием килт требует изучения + верстак 2 уровня. На крафт уходит 10 кожи + 1 дорожный знак + 2 набора для шитья.

Рекомендации по сетам брони
Сет из дерева – Деревянный шлем + деревянный нагрудник + деревянные щитки. Эффективен на начальной стадии развития. Ничего из этого сета не требует изучения и верстака. Так же ресурсы на крафт можно найти не сильно напрягаясь.
Сет из дорожных знаков – Кофейная маска + нагрудник из дорожных знаков + килт из дорожных знаков. Более эффективная защита, нежели у сета из дерева. На полное изучение этого сета уйдёт 225 металлолома + необходим верстак 2 уровня на крафт. Эффективен на более поздних этапах развития.
Сет из металлической брони – так же известный как топовый сет. Металлическая маска + металлический нагрудник + килт из дорожных знаков. Самые высокие харрактеристики защиты, если не считать броню “Джаггернаута”. Маска и нагрудник сумарно потребуют 1500 металлолома на изучение. Есть необходимость в верстаке 3 уровня для крафта. Эффективен на любом этапе игры.
Антирадиационный костюм – хороший выбор, если нет, к примеру, полных сетов брони. Антирад имеет 30% сопротивления оружию дальнего и ближнего боя. Также даёт 50% к защите от радиации, что делает его незаменимым при лутании Космодрома. Есть возможность изучения за 250 металлолома. Для крафта требует верстак 2 уровня. Помимо крафта, данный костюм можно найти лутая коробки на дороге.

In Rust, your base is everything. It’s where you store your loot, spawn, and hide from marauding clans. So, having an intelligently designed base can often be the difference between losing everything or keeping going. In this guide, I am going to list 15 of the most popular and well-designed Rust bases.
10. The Garrison Trio
This may be a base for a max of three players, but it is no joke! It has a mini-copter landing pad and hanger, SAM site, roof battlements, enclosed 360 degree defense level, and more.
Why this base is great:
9. The Javelin
This base is smaller and will support up to a trio. It features a helicopter pad, roof AA battery, and a 360-degree defense window design. It is a cheap, simple, and formidable base.

8. The Aggravator V2
Inspired by “The Frustrator” base design, this is a smaller looking base that would pose a significant “aggravation” to any opponent seeking to raid it. It is secretly a floor stacked design, making it much harder for raiders to use the popular top-down raiding method.

7. Roof Bunker (Fixed)
In Rust, the bunker has often been a premier choice for building low cost yet difficult to raid bases. These bases are designed to where the player will be able to build themselves into a base every time they log off. Some patches have made this difficult or impossible, but this base design still should work.

6. Next Level 2×3
A 2×3 is not a big base in Rust, but this gets the job done. Surrounded by high walls and with the compound filled with auto turrets, it will pose a challenge to any raiding party. The nice thing about this base is that it can be built in stages.

5. The Fortress Duo
The name says it all. This is a fortress built for a player duo. It is small but can fit multiple loot rooms and even provides 360-degree auto turret protection.

4. The Raptor 2.0
This is a base for three players – the perfect trio bunker. It is a stability bunker with 360-degree auto turret coverage. Made of pure sheet metal and carefully layered, it will make the raiders want to think twice before they use their explosives here.

3. The Javelin
This base is a beast. Easy to defend, it is surrounded by a high wall and covered in windows from which a defense can be staged. It also utilizes multiple tool cupboards to prevent the enemy from being able to build over the walls and inside the base.

2. The Garrison
This is an ideal example of a group starter to main base. While it may not be sufficient for all groups to last the wipe, this is certainly a formidable design. It will require a lot of resources to build and maintain, but with that comes a high level of protection. Oh, and auto turrets too!
Why this base is great:
1. The Harvester
Furnace bases make a tremendous difference. When you are in the later game and have stacks and stacks of ore to cook at a time, you really need a large furnace base. This base has four. It also has auto turrets to cover 360 degrees all around it.
Choosing your base location can be difficult but doing so correctly and carefully can have an enormous impact on how successful you are in the game. The maps in Rust are often procedurally generated, so this guide is not going to address any specific maps but rather all maps in general.
10. Snow Biome
The snow biome is primarily known for one thing – being cold. However, it is also a better place to find animals and places to farm ores and stone. Besides, if you want your privacy then you are more likely to be left alone living in the snow. Just dress warm!

9. Near Roads
Roads are throughout the maps of Rust, making good places to find other players as well as plentiful barrels and crates for scrap and component farming. If you build near one of these, expect more PVP and attention to your base, as well as easier component farming.
8. Forest Biome
Living in a forest is a great bet in Rust. You will have plenty of wood to last for as long as you live there and there are more animals that spawn here. You also might find it wise to hide your base among a tree stand.
7. The Desert Biome
The desert may be lacking in trees, but there is one thing it isn’t lacking in: metal and stone. There are quite a lot of nodes for these resources scattered around the deserts of Rust, and this is nice because the stone and metal mining areas tend to be more difficult to find than other resources.
6. Near Recycling Monuments
Recycling monuments such as gas stations or warehouses tend to be lower traffic than larger monuments, but there is certainly still the potential for PVP. You will also have some easy access to barrels and crates, as well as (of course) a recycler.

5. Near Launch Site
This is the first large monument of the list. Large monuments are good to build by because they can yield necessary components and scrap more easily than if you had to come from far away, and they are sites for high player traffic and therefore a lot of PVP. If PVP is your thing, build near one of these!

4. Near Dome
The dome is one of the most iconic locations in all of Rust. It has been around since the earliest days of the game. Building near it can mean reliable access to components, especially oil!
3. Near Airfield
If you want to be close to a ready supply of components and scrap, build near the airfield or any other large monument. This will also be a place to easily find other players to combat. Use caution – higher player density can mean more raid likelihood!

2. Rock Base
Having a rock base was one of my high points in Rust. A rock base can be well defended, built strongly, and will have an incredible vantage point over the surrounding area. Make sure the foundation is wide enough, so you don’t get foundation wiped, though!
Rock Base Advantages:
1. Cave Base
Having a cave base means you will have one of the strongest and most defensible base locations possible in Rust. The caves walls themselves are indestructible, meaning that players will have to go through the cave tunnels to get into your base. You can booby trap these or create extremely fortified entrances.

10. Battle Scarred AK-47
Out of the 67 different skins for the AK-47, none other are as sought-after and expensive as the “Battle-Scarred”. Released in 2016 by nevil112 on the Steam Workshop, this skin is one of the earlier cosmetic additions to the game.
This AK skin is unique from all others in that the stock is missing. All other guns come complete and mirror the base in-game item exactly, but this iteration of the Battle-Scarred AK skin is completely lacking a stock. A version that contains the stock exists but is significantly cheaper (by nearly 40 dollars!) and deemed less rare by the community.

9. Creepy Clown Bandanna
Released with a Halloween update, the Creepy Clown Bandanna was added to the game in October 2015. Shortly after its release, there were concerns about the skin’s alleged copyright infringement. Because of these concerns, the Steam Community Market page for this skin has since been deleted.
The skin, which had always been infamous among the community for the alleged copyright issues, rose to prominence in the fall of 2016, when fears of killer clowns peaked in the United States after a series of ‘sightings.’ The high price is a combination of the few copies of the skin that exist and the mystique surrounding the skin’s creation.

8. It Is Wednesday, My Dudes
If you’ve ever browsed any memes or imageboards at all, I’m sure you’ve seen the source material: a man, in goggles and a Spiderman costume, proclaiming the day in front of a bathroom mirror. The meme, which has since been overlaid on a frog, was impossible to miss on the subreddit in early 2018. On the skin, the acronym (IIWMD) is plastered on the front of a long-sleeve burlap shirt, with a ‘frog boot,’ or exclusive in-game item for players who purchased the game during the beta, visible below.
7. Brony Collection
Bronies, or male fans of the show ”My Little Pony,” are rampant on the internet, and Rust is no exception. The Brony collection includes pants, boots, a hoodie, a sleeping bag which are released, as well as a skin for the satchel charge, which isn’t available in-game yet.
Since the release of the inaugural Brony skin, the “Brony“ Sleeping bag, the skin collection has taken the Rust community by storm. The Banana Eoka is a yellow color speckled with brown spots, reminiscent of a ripe banana. The Eoka’s base gun pattern has a curvature that is similar enough to a banana to pull off the skin nearly perfectly. Eoka pistols remain one of the most efficient raiding tools in the early game for a player, especially against a wooden door— you can raid in style with this skin.
5. BCHILLZ! Hoodie
BCHILLZ is one of the most prominent Rust content creators, and this skin pays homage to his legacy is the game. This skin for the hoodie was released in 2017 to much acclaim.
The BCHILLZ! hoodie is also available in real life if you’ve ever wanted to cosplay as a Rust character, or just enjoy the game THAT much. The hoodies, both in the game and in real life are a great way to show some love to one of the biggest content creators in the Rust community.
4. Tempered Mask
Like the Marble Fade pattern in other games, the Tempered Mask is a sleek way to flex on your poorer opponents. It is the most expensive of the nineteen skins available for the metal facemask and is one of the rarest skins for the piece of armor.
The tempered pattern is also available on the MP5, an unpopular mid-game gun— but the metal facemask version wins out due to its popularity and price. The skin was submitted to the Steam community workshop by Miho Frito and was accepted in 2016. The coolest thing about the skin, however, is the fact that the colors of the skin change based on the ambient lighting!
3. Chaos Armor Set
One of the most recent additions to the game (it’s still available in the Steam game store,) the chaos set is reminiscent of skin from almost every MMORPG you’ve ever played. Silvery, spiky, and intimidating, this set is sure to strike fear into the hearts of your enemies.
2. Hot Potato
As a skin for the rock in the game, the Hot Potato is not the most expensive, but one of the most sought after skins. It features a molten magma effect on an otherwise smooth, dark-colored surface.
The coolest thing about this skin (besides the fact that it is one of only 17 skins for the most commonly used item in the game) is that like the Tempered Facemask, Volcanic Stone Hatchet and other items in the game, the look of the rock changes based on the ambient lighting. It appears to glow in the dark, making it unique across other rock skins— as well as skins in general!
1.Missing Textures T-Shirt
This t-shirt skin features the infamous dark gray and pink checkered pattern used to represent missing textures in another Facepunch game you may have heard of— Garry’s Mod! But don’t worry, no need to download outside textures (or Counter-Strike: Source) for this shirt skin!
Garry Newman, one of the most prominent members of Facepunch and founder of eponymous Garry’s Mod, sends a nod to some of Facepunch’s other titles with this shirt. The pink and gray checkered pattern is a staple of Garry’s Mod, and now of Rust as well!
